The term smartcardlabs.com or 'us' or 'we' or 'our' refers to the owner of the app SmartCard. The term 'you' refers to the user of the app.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the information, performance, completeness or suitability of the materials in the apps for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of SmartCard is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products or information available in our apps meet your specific requirements.
Under no circumstances shall SmartCard be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Sync or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof should only be provided by the user of the application.
SmartCard contain material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, audio and video content and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited unless authorized by us in writing.
All trademarks reproduced in SmartCard which are not the property of, or licensed to, the us are acknowledged on our website.
Unauthorized use of SmartCard may give rise to a claim for damages.
SmartCard app collects and receives certain information from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on our Website, the Platforms, and the Applications, the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies. For example, each time you visit the Website or otherwise use the Services, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page from which you came, the regions from which you navigate the web page, and the web page(s) you access.
When you first Digital Business Card, and when you use it we collect some Personal Information about you such as:
SmartCard offer now in-app purchases.
Payments will be processed through the Google Play or Apple app store from which you originally downloaded the application.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. More information about how you can switch off or manage In-App Purchases may be set out in the APP Store Provider’s terms and conditions/EULA.
You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transactions processes are handled by the App Store Provider from whose platform you downloaded SmartCard App.
You can cancel the renewal of your subscription with the App Provider.
You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to have unlimited access to your digital business card until the end of your current Subscription period.
